E1 Audiovisual Technologies has recently completed an upgrade to our conference room, establishing a professional-grade environment that aligns with the solutions we provide to our clients. The installation includes a flat-mounted LED video wall with versatile display options, supported by Crestron NVX routing and a Novastar H2 processor for efficient content management. An AI-powered camera automatically tracks participants, while ceiling speakers, a ClearOne microphone, and a Biamp DSP deliver high-quality audio with advanced echo cancellation. A 7-inch tabletop touch panel offers intuitive room control and one-touch Teams integration, complemented by smart automation that powers the system on for meetings and powers down when the room is unoccupied. Designed with open inputs for future expansion, this system is fully scalable and adaptable—delivering a straightforward, effective, and future-ready meeting experience.
