E1 Audiovisual has upgraded the Town Hall Council Chambers in Paradise Valley, AZ, with a comprehensive audiovisual system designed to enhance meetings and public engagement. The installation features a video matrix system with AV-over-IP endpoints, enabling flexible content distribution across multiple displays. Four PTZ cameras provide comprehensive coverage of the room to facilitate video conferencing and live streaming. Wireless microphones, ceiling speakers, and a video collaboration device support seamless communication. A centralized control processor, along with touch panels installed at key locations, ensures intuitive operation. The system also includes room-combining capabilities for boardroom functionality and integrates assistive listening and audio conferencing solutions. This upgrade provides the council chambers with modern, efficient technology to support dynamic public meetings.
