Shasta County Board Chambers
Services— LED Wall , Control System, Video Conferencing System
To help Shasta County better connect with the public and support future growth, E1 was selected to deliver a complete AV upgrade for the Board of Supervisors Chambers. This project focused on integrating high-performance, future-ready technology to improve meeting experiences for both county officials and the community. A standout feature of the upgrade is a brand-new, 16-foot by 9-foot 4K direct-view LED video wall from Nanolumens. With ultra-clear resolution and a commanding presence, this display ensures every public meeting is more visible, accessible, and impactful. To simplify control during meetings, E1 installed a sleek 22” Crestron touch panels at each dais station—giving supervisors intuitive, easy-to-use access to key AV functions. The chambers also received a major upgrade to their aging microphone and voice-lift systems, as well as a full replacement of outdated PTZ cameras with modern, high-resolution video conferencing equipment. These changes bring clarity and reliability to both in-room discussions and remote participation. Finally, E1 added new streaming hardware to support high-quality live broadcasts and long-term video archiving—making it easier for the county to engage the public and provide full transparency in real time. With these upgrades, Shasta County is now equipped with the tools to deliver a better meeting experience—today and into the future.
