We’re excited to welcome Michelle Malloy as E1’s new Controller and Head of HR!

Michelle brings an impressive 35 years of experience as an executive finance professional, with a strong background in construction and manufacturing. While she’s new to the AV industry, she’s already diving in with the kind of energy and curiosity that fits right in with the E1 culture. Her leadership and financial expertise make her a valuable addition to our growing team.

Outside of work, Michelle is just as dynamic. She’s a proud grandmother of four, devoted to her three dogs, and describes herself as being “totally obsessed with animals.” When she’s not crunching numbers, you’ll probably find her on the golf course or paddleboarding - two passions she pursues with enthusiasm.

And here’s a fun twist: Michelle is also a published author! Under her maiden name, Michelle Rarey, she’s written seven novels. Clearly, her talents go far beyond spreadsheets.
